With over 11 years of experience leading professional marketing, brand and commercial in B2B and B2C companies across diverse industries, including Prop-Tech, Logistics, SaaS, Hospitality, and E-Commerce, Tika is now leveraging her expertise to drive excellence in the Agritech sector.

As the leading agritech start-up enabling inclusive, climate-smart, and traceable global supply chains, Koltiva plays a crucial role in digitizing and verifying global supply chains, supporting multinational companies in their quest for enhanced traceability, inclusiveness, and sustainability.

Prior to her current position, Tika strengthening her position in PropTech industry as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at RoomMe, the leading virtual kost operator in Indonesia, Tika Sylvia assumes a pivotal role in overseeing the brand's marketing strategies and initiatives. With a strong focus on driving growth and user acquisition, Tika orchestrates all aspects of the marketing function. Her responsibilities encompass managing public relations, organizing impactful events, implementing effective digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media platforms, and fostering community engagement.

UNLEASHING THE POTENTIAL DATA-DRIVEN DIGITAL

Before joining RoomMe as the CMO, Tika Sylvia made significant contributions to the marketing landscape in various reputable organizations. She served as the Vice President of Marketing at Kata.ai, a renowned chatbot company. Prior to that, Tika held the role of Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Ninja Van Indonesia, where she played a vital role in shaping the corporate brand and marketing strategies in the logistic sectors. She also served as the Head of Marketing for foodpanda Indonesia, a prominent affiliate of Rocket Internet. Tika's marketing expertise has extended to other notable Indonesian startups, including Seekmi and foodgasm, where she showcased her skills in driving successful marketing campaigns.

Tika earned a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the prestigious University of Indonesia, graduating with honors. Her journey in the marketing industry began as a journalist at MRA Group Magazine (Herworld), where she developed a deep understanding of the media landscape. Subsequently, she honed her marketing skills further during her tenure at Ogilvy, a renowned advertising agency.

Her wealth of knowledge and expertise has been instrumental in her current role as the CMO at Koltiva, where she continues to drive the company's success through her strategic marketing insights and innovative approaches.
